Here, Fang gives us a five-minute introduction into what makes her tick.<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Why do you train\/teach\/instruct at Flex Studio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flex provides a great environment with a strong and organized team, the staff are caring and have a great energy. I&#8217;m glad to be a part of it and to continue learning from others.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>What makes you good at your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The experiences and the teachers I&#8217;ve during the physical training journey. I like to share this with others.<\/p>\n<p>3.<strong> If there were one piece of advice you could give about Pilates, what would it be?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stay consistent with the training. Be patient with the progress. Set clear goals and if you want to get better, just keep on practicing.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Sunrises or Sunsets?<\/strong> Why?<\/p>\n<p>Sunsets. They bring back many great memories.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Homebody or travel addict?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both. I used to live out of a suitcase when traveling for dancing.
