With an emphasis on light ingredients, eat it solo for an energy-boosting snack during the day. Alternatively accompany it with a leafy salad or savory veggie stew for a warming and hearty meal. <\/p>\n<p>Serves 3-4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n120g Basmati rice<br \/>\n30g wild rice<br \/>\n15g quinoa<br \/>\n70g dried apricot<br \/>\n45g pomegranate seeds<br \/>\n3g dill<br \/>\n40g spring onions<br \/>\n30g roast pistachios<br \/>\n15g chill infused olive oil<br \/>\nExtra Virgin olive oil<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nZest of 1 lemon<\/p>\n<p>Bring a large pot of water to the boil, add salt and cook the wild rice for 25 minutes. When there\u2019s only nine minutes remaining, add the Basmati rice and quinoa to the pot and let the grains cook together.<\/p>\n<p>Once the grains are done, drain immediately, spread over a large baking tray to let dry completely, and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Soak the apricots in warm water for five minutes, then set aside. Once dry, dice them up into the desired bite sizes.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly roast the pistachios, and bash lightly.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the Basmati rice, wild rice, quinoa and pomegranate seeds together and add the apricots and pistachios. Then finely chop the spring onions and dill, and mix in with the grains.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, pour in the chili infused olive oil, olive oil, salt and lemon zest and mix thoroughly before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>About 3\/3rds<\/strong><br \/>\n3\/3rds is named after the three partners, Daniel, Wesley and Adelaide, who pass on their passion for food and design in one of Wong Chuk Hang\u2019s favorite hangouts.
