It tastes great <em>and i<\/em>s full of protein, vegetables, fiber and low GI grains, so you can do all the things you need to do without losing steam.<\/p>\n<p>Just follow these easy NOSH guidelines for one super-food packed summer delight. <em>Ay Carumba! <\/em>(Nosh.hk).<\/p>\n<p><strong>FREE RANGE CHICKEN WITH WARM QUINOA BLACK BEAN SALAD AND FRESH GUACAMOLE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients List\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Free Range Chicken\u00a0breast<br \/>\n1 Cup Quinoa\/trio<br \/>\n1\/2 Cups Corn Kernel<br \/>\n2 TBS Cajun Seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Black Bean<br \/>\n1\/8 Cup Chipotle Dressing (recipe below)<br \/>\n1 Avocado<br \/>\n1 Red onion<br \/>\n2 pcs Lime<br \/>\n1 Ripe Tomato<br \/>\n1 Cup\u00a0Coriander<br \/>\nSea salt<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place quinoa in a rice cooker at ratio (1 cup quinoa 2 cups water) Fluff\u00a0afterwards.<\/li>\n<li>Marinate the chicken with Cajun seasoning, let sit for 4-5 minutes (dry rub).<\/li>\n<li>Sear chicken on grill or pan for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the following\u00a0in 1 cm dices (Remove Seeds), 1 tomato, 1\/2 an red onion, chop the 1 cup of coriander &#8211; <em>mix well together\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Dice the avocado and add 1\/4 of the tomato salsa in to the avocado mix.
