This week, FLEXtreme Director Andrea Ramirez continues her fitness workout, designed to strengthen the entire body and help you torch the calories.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Andrea is a highly experienced trainer who has lived and breathed the health industry her entire life. Here, she shows how simple moves can have a big impact. How many repetitions you do of these is up to you, but Andrea recommends between 8-10 of each. As always, remember to engage your core to protect your back, stretch before and after and if you have any pain, modify the moves to suit.
