\nBut now, we give you an insight into how easy this tasty dish can be mad at home as well, ensuring your health goals are kept well in sight.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n6 cups shredded Chinese cabbage (wombok)
\n2 carrots, shredded lengthways
\n1 cup (150g) roasted, unsalted cashews
\n\u00bc cup snipped chives
\n1 cup mint leaves
\n1 cup coriander (cilantro) leaves
\n2 long red chillies, seeds removed, finely sliced
\n4 x 200g cooked chicken breasts, shredded<\/p>\n

Lime and Coconut Dressing (whisk in a bowl to combine)<\/strong>
\n\u00bd cup (125 ml) coconut milk
\n1 tablespoon fish sauce
\n2 tablespoons lime juice
\n1 tablespoon caster (superfine) sugar<\/p>\n

Method:<\/strong>
\nPlace the cabbage, carrot, cashews, chives, mint, coriander, chillies and chicken into a bowl and toss to combine.
\nPour the dressing over the salad and toss very gently to combine well.
\nDivide between plates.
