It\u2019s a source of myriad benefits from improved recovery and flexibility to endurance and toning.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. It\u2019s just an instrument to \u201cmake you aware of the space around you.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIf you can\u2019t make it to a class or if it doesn\u2019t fit at all, carve out time to stretch or work on your posture.
