The buckwheat flour is free of gluten and highly nutritious!\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grams buckwheat flour<\/li>\n<li>200 grams mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>50 grams goat\u2019s cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 bunches thyme<\/li>\n<li>3 bunches basil<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<li>100ml vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp grated parmesan<\/li>\n<li>10 grams pine nuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[vc_empty_space]<\/p>\n<h3>DIRECTIONS:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix the flour with water and knead the dough for a few minutes until you obtain a smooth and even consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the dough and cut it into rectangles of 10cm.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the mushrooms into slices and cook them in a saut\u00e9 pan. (Note: You do not need olive oil when you saut\u00e9 vegetables; a little bit of water will do!)<\/li>\n<li>When cooked, set aside and sprinkle generously with fresh thyme.<br \/>\nCut the goat\u2019s cheese \u2013 the cheese with the lowest fat content \u2013 into medallions 1cm thick.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare a light version of the traditional pesto, place basil, oil, garlic, parmesan, pine nuts, vegetable broth and a pinch of salt in a mixer and blitz briefly.<\/li>\n<li>Lay the squares of lasagne on an oven tray covered with greaseproof paper.<\/li>\n<li>Place the mushrooms on the lasagne and finish with a medallion of cheese and a twig of thyme on top.<\/li>\n<li>Put the tray in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove, place the open lasagne on a plate, garnish with the light pesto and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><b>Buon appetito!<\/b><\/em><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Andrea Oschetti<\/b> is the founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/blueflower.la\/\">Blue Flower Inspired Travels.<\/a> He is reinventing luxury travel with meaningful global experiences that allow travelers to connect with the pure essence of a destination and engage with inspiring locals.
