You wake up the bone.\u2019\u201d Yamuna\u2019s method goes deeper, targeting the skeletal system itself. \u201cYou\u2019ll feel there\u2019s a certain sensation at that point \u2013 sort of like an \u2018A-ha\u2019 that occurs \u2013 and then the muscle just begins to unwind.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23167\" src=\"https:\/\/flexhk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Yamuna1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s all in the ball<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Different balls are used for different parts of the body to achieve all this. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cWe have black balls which come in a pair so that you can work both sides of the body together. Or, we have a gold ball which is a beginner ball, and it\u2019s got more give in it,\u201d says Yamuna. \u201cIf you get the ball in the right place, you will then follow the line of that ball. So for example, if you\u2019re doing your hamstrings and you\u2019re rolling down the back of your legs, they\u2019re all so close together that you\u2019re getting it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cThe minute you wait there and then move the ball on, you\u2019re creating a traction. So you\u2019re actually elongating and toning muscle, increasing the range of motion in your joints. Another benefit of it is that you\u2019re going through other parts of your body.
