Pescatarians and flexitarians alike would love this fresh and light Seabass Salad enriched with Asian-Mediterranean flavors: tamarind squid ink aioli, fennel, mint and edamame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:300\">The delicious dish is an offshoot of a well-loved main course at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elementary.hk\"><b>Elementary<\/b><\/a>, a contemporary restaurant in the charming Tai Hang neighborhood. Recreate a bit of the modern menu at home, whipping up a delightful and innovative flavor combination right in your kitchen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:300\">Oh, and did we mention it\u2019s easy to prepare?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:300\">Prep time: 16 minutes*<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight:300\">Cooking time: 15 minutes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight:300\"><i>*Overnight marination required<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><u>Fish marinade<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 whole Sea bass<\/li>\n<li>2 pcs Lemongrass (smashed)<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch Thai basil<\/li>\n<li>1 pc red Thai chili (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>2 pcs shallot (roughly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 pcs peeled garlic (crushed)<\/li>\n<li>20g ginger (smashed)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Fish sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>300 ml vegetable oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>DIRECTIONS:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 ginger, shallot and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until soft.<\/li>\n<li>Add lemongrass, chilli and Thai basil; make sure everything is nicely saut\u00e9d<\/li>\n<li>Add lime and fish sauce. <\/li>\n<li>Add remaining oil and bring to boil. Let it infuse the flavors. <\/li>\n<li>After oil becomes cold, add fish and marinade overnight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight:400\"><u>Squid ink aioli<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g Squid ink<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp tamarind paste<\/li>\n<li>Add all the ingredients; mix well and add water if it\u2019s too thick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight:400\"><u>Edamame salad<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp edamame beans<\/li>\n<li>6 mint leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 baby radish (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 fennel (shaved)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sherry vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Mix all the salad ingredients add salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>DIRECTIONS<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Bake sea bass for 16 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Splash squid ink aioli on a plate with the help of a spoon<\/li>\n<li>Place seabass on top of aioli<\/li>\n<li>Add salad over the fish, then drizzle some nice olive
