Packed with nutritional benefits and refreshing tastes, the Healthy <\/span><b>Halloumi Grain Bowl<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is sure to be your new summer go-to meal. Let\u2019s give it a try, shall we?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 slice halloumi cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc cups brown rice and quinoa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5 cups baby spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc cup sliced pumpkin<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc cups grated carrot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc cup sliced cucumber<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp sunflower seeds\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp canned chickpeas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc tsp of mixed spices (smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp green pesto\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olive oil <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Method:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cook the brown rice and quinoa.
