Look no further than <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodfolk.hk\/\"><b>Food Folk<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s Palak Paneer. Packed with vitamin K from the spinach and protein from paneer cheese, this dish is the health boost you\u2019ll love to keep repeating. Let\u2019s begin!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cardamom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp light olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Half onion (150g), chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 plum tomato (120g), chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 garlic cloves, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1-2 small green chili, deseeded and chopped, as spicy as desired<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp chopped ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250g baby spinach leaves, washed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cups vegetable or chicken stock<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp salt as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turmeric Cauli Rice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500g Cauliflower, riced in a food processor or box grater<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc tsp turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Method:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spinach Curry<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dry fry the cloves and cardamom for a minute to help release the flavor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add in the onion with the olive oil and saute until translucent. Then add in the garlic, chili and ginger.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the tomato and saute on low heat until the tomato is broken up and softened, 3-5 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next add the spinach and stir until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, add the stock and garam masala and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 1-2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blend the spinach curry on high for 1 minute. Add the salt as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a separate frying pan, heat the oil and lightly pan fry the paneer cheese on medium heat\u00a0 with a sprinkle of cumin and salt. This will heat through the paneer cheese and give a hint of browning. Once heated through, plate the cheese cubes and pour over spinach curry sauce. Serve with basmati rice or our Turmeric Cauli Rice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turmeric Cauli Rice<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat the oil and turmeric in a skillet on medium heat until simmering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the riced cauliflower and season with salt.
