Peter has made fitness and wellness his lifetime goal. He discovered the benefits of Pilates in Flex Studio back in 2017. His passion for Pilates led him to join the renowned Real Pilates Teacher Training (RPTT), graduating in 2021. Peter loves to share the joy of Pilates with his clients, helping them to gain strength, rehabilitate from injuries and improve overall wellness. Apart from Pilates, Peter also practices Tai Chi and enjoys swimming. Peter can teach in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.<\/p>\n
