From a young age, she was a competitive swimmer and eventually discovered the transformative power of Pilates since studying abroad in Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>After years of practicing Pilates and seeing the positive impact it had on her own body and mind, Annette decided to become a certified Pilates instructor and completed the 6th cycle of the Real Pilates Teacher Training program.<\/p>\n<p>As an instructor, Annette is known for her ability to make Pilates accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages and fitness levels. She is patient, encouraging, and always willing to adapt her teaching style to meet the needs of her students.
