She had a lower back injury and started her rehabilitation process through Pilates. She was drawn to its teachings and remarkable way Pilates works for different bodies.<\/p>\n<p>She continued practicing Pilates in Dubai, Bangkok, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Hyejoo wanted to bring the same joy and movement into the lives of others and completed Flex&#8217;s 7th cycle of Real Pilates Teacher Training in May 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Hyejoo enjoys working with a range of clients and is passionate about sharing the essence of Pilates and instilling in everyone Pilates principles they can use in their everyday life, enabling them to move with more energy, less pain and improve endurance and strength.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hyejoo first discovered Pilates in 2011 living in Dubai.
