She decided to enroll in the 7th cycle of the Real Pilates Teacher Training after seeing the positive impact of Classical Pilates on her mind and body. Seunghee completed her training in May 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Seunghee is also a university graduate in contemporary dance. She is excited to share her knowledge in Classical Pilates for everyone to experience the benefits!<\/p>\n<p>Sessions with Seunghee are available in English and
